Cuisine and Pizzeria

The cuisine is seasonal and is prepared with local produce, and as much as possible using fresh rather than frozen products.

Our style of cooking constantly strives to achieve a mix of traditional tastes, without ignoring the flavours and aromas of other countries.

We like to keep to the Venetian tradition with grilled meats and fish.

We also really love vegetarian and vegan cuisine and we often include these in our menus.

Our pizza dough is made only using simple products without any lard or additives being added. It is leavened for a minimum of 24 and a maximum of up to48 hours, in order to ensure the best possible flavour and maximum tolerability and digestibility.

The products used for the pizzas are always fresh and seasonal and, where possible, they are produced locally.

We offer spacious dining rooms and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups of people, as well as small, intimate dining rooms for couples or families.
